Ashok Vithlani

Group Chairman and Co-Founder

Ashok Vithlani has spent an impressive 42 years in the industry, having climbed the career ladder to the very top as Director for the Polad Group. He started his career as a selling agent; through sheer hard work and determination, Ashok rose to the position of CEO for Rasna, a highly popular soft drink in India. Ashok successfully grew Rasna from a local product to an internationally recognised brand and has since become instrumental in launching marketing communications plans for many consumer products and brands. Today, he is an eminent business speaker and expert who sits on the board of several companies, consulting with various national and international organizations. Ashok also teaches businesses and students about marketing communications and branding techniques.

Amit Somaiya

Group CEO and Co-Founder

Amit Somaiya, our co-founder and CEO, consistently demonstrates an ability to understand and add value to a wide variety of business interests. His experience and expertise in an assortment of different business specialisms have made a considerable impact through the course of his time in the industry. A great deal of his 21 years’ experience has been spent planning, designing and implementing marketing strategies. Many modern-day organizations and start-ups can thank Amit for his skill in driving foreign direct investments. He also has rich experience in direct marketing, telemarketing, customer care and customer relationship management centers. Amit has trained more than 500 leading company executives at middle and senior management level, demonstrating his high level of skill in core HR functions, such as recruitment and developing and delivering onboarding processes.

Rhona Driggs

Director - IMS Group and CEO – Empresaria Group

Rhona was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2019 having previously served as Empresaria Group’s Chief Operating Officer. Rhona has over 28 years’ experience working in international companies within the staffing sector and has a proven record of delivering growth and driving innovation. She has been recognised for the past four consecutive years as one of the Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150, a list of the Most Influential Women in Staffing”. Rhona’s most recent role prior to joining Empresaria was as President of Volt Global Solutions, with responsibility for the Managed Services division. Prior to that, Rhona was Executive Vice President for the commercial and technical staffing operations in North America where she ran a $1.2 billion staffing business. She brings in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and operating models in the sector to IMS Datawise.

Tim Anderson

Director - IMS Group and CFO – Empresaria Group

Tim has over 15 years’ experience working for listed and private equity backed businesses. Tim joined Empresaria from Cell Medica, a leading cellular immunotherapy company, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this Tim has held finance positions in three FTSE 100 businesses, most recently having spent six years at Intu Properties plc, the UK’s leading owner and manager of prime regional shopping centres, where he was Head of Financial Reporting and Control.

Mit Somaiya

VP – Outsourced Property Preservation Services

Mit is a Business Graduate from EBS Business School, Germany. He has a rich experience of over 10 years consulting Social Business in Europe & Asia on Operational Excellence and Minimum Quality Standards. Mit is responsible for successfully benchmarking best practices for a social enterprise spread across 5 continents and 30 countries resulting into a cross-learning digital platform assisting partners in operations. His core specializations include strategic planning, operational benchmarking, optimizing workforce efficiency and foraying into newer business markets. Mit draws from his rich experience to responsibly foray into US REO market, make allied partnerships and oversee operations for the Offshore Preservation division at IMS Datawise, ensuring quality services to the clients.

Gary Archambault

AVP – Sales and Key Accounts

Gary has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He has over 30 years of executive leadership and sales experience and has successfully built and led highly successful teams. Gary has previously held positions as Owner and Principal of Hartford Stamp LLC; Senior Vice President of Business Development for Good Choice Preservation in Tampa, Florida; Senior Vice President of Business Development for Mortgage Contracting Services, National Sales Manager for Servicelink Field Services in Westminster, CO, as well as Senior Vice President for Lumina Analytics, based out of Tampa, Florida and was a regional sales manager for Colonial Fund Group and The Patriot Group in Boston. He also has industry and ownership experience in restaurants and national franchises.
